I never envisioned fitness becoming a cornerstone of my life, especially after a childhood spent avoiding sports at all costs. But life has a way of teaching us through challenges. My transformation to a dedicated marathon runner and strength trainer is a testament to the profound changes we’re capable of at any stage of life. As a National Board Certified Health Coach backed by a solid foundation in Health Sciences, I’m committed to guiding you through your personal health revolution. My Story

In my mid-thirties, I faced a personal reckoning. I knew something had to change. I made a solemn vow to shed the excess weight and become the healthiest version of myself—not just for me, but for the future I dreamed of. With determination as my compass, I set tangible goals, changed my nutrition and eating habits, embraced the discipline of strength training, and allowed the exhilaration of crossing finish lines to fuel my journey. The road wasn’t easy. It demanded sweat, resilience, and the courage to keep going when every muscle ached. But as each pound melted away, a new facet of me emerged. Eighty pounds lighter and immeasurably stronger, I’ve maintained this healthier me for over 15 years. This journey was more than a physical transformation—it was a metamorphosis of spirit and self-belief.
